Custom Orders

Due to the fact that this business is run from my home, I do not have the space to keep bolts of fabric on hand. If you see a fabric online or in a chain fabric store, feel free to contact me with all the item information and I will do my best to obtain it for your custom order. If you prefer to provide the fabric, then I will cover the shipping costs of the finished product.

Please give 2-3 weeks for completion of your custom order. It will be completed within 2-3 weeks of the order confirmation email. Once the product has been completed, it will be shipped via first class mail within 5 business days.

Return Policy

 

At Vibrant Designs , we desire for all of our customers to be happy. If you are unhappy with the item you purchased, please contact me within 48 hours of the arrival of your product. I will email back with confirmatino of your email in no more than 24 hours. Item must be shipped within 5 business days of your receiving the confirmation email. Item must be insured and be returned in like new and un-used condition. Vibrant Designs is not responsible for shipping cost of returned items or the insurance coverage.

Vibrant Designs reserves the right to turn down custom orders.

THERE WILL BE NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS.

$0.01-$24.99--shipping costs are $5
$25.00-$50.00--shipping costs are $10
$50.00-up--shipping costs are $15
These rates incorporate actual shipping costs and any materials needed in order to package the item for secure shipping. If insurance is desired on the item, please request it at time of order. I will ensure it for the total cost of the item. VD is not responsible for the cost of insurance if it is desired.

Vibrant Designs is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the shipping process.
